**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
- Support clients in maintaining their personal hygiene and overall health.
- Drive clients to appointments or social activities as required.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
- Follow care plans meticulously while being attentive to any changes in the client's condition.
- Maintain accurate records of client progress and report any concerns to the appropriate personnel.
- Engage clients in meaningful activities that promote their physical and mental well-being.
- Ensure a clean and safe environment for clients at all times.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in home care or a similar role is desirable but not essential.
- Ability to drive and hold a valid driving licence is preferred.
- Understanding of care plans and the ability to implement them effectively.
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Basic IT skills for documentation and record-keeping purposes.
- Compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team within a care home or community setting.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Zero hours contract

Pay: £12.00-£13.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 14 per week
