Ideally applicants should:

- have some experience of Rosette level/fine dining experience.
- have good attention to detail combined with excellent organisational skills and time management
- be comfortable working in a fast paced kitchen with the need to be able work calmly and remain focused in a pressurised environment.
- have a warm and friendly personality with a flair for recognising and exceeding guest expectations.
They are passionate about providing excellent food, service and guest experience and are looking for a Chef that represent these values.
Own transport is required or live in may be available.
