**Role: Quality Assurance Specialist**

**Position: 12month fixed term contract**

**Location: Wythenshawe, Manchester (M23)**

**Languages: Fluent English, spoken and written**

Come and join our Quality Compliance team because we are looking for an experienced **Quality Assurance Specialist **on a 12-month FTC

This position will drive Hologic’s Operational Excellence and Compliance strategy at our Manchester site by scanning and maintaining documents and records within the Quality Management System and providing support to facilitate quality system records such as non-conformances and CAPAs.

**Essential Experience & Skills Required**:

- Ensures existing procedures and standards are followed.
- Exercises good judgment within generally defined practices and policies in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
- Ensures conformance to ISO 13485 requirements in documentation and records.
- Assists in maintaining Quality hardcopy documents/records for filing in archive.
- Facilitate activities associated with NCE/CAPA/PDV/EXT/SCAR/IACA records.
- Interface and liaise with departments to ensure documents and records are completed and maintained correctly.

**Preferred Experience & Skills**:

- Knowledge of Agile EQMS software is an advantage.
- Experience in a regulated environment is an advantage.
- Knowledge of quality management system processes such as corrective actions.
