**What You’ll Do**:

- **Lead project delivery excellence**: Oversee the entire project delivery lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery, staying within budget, and exceeding quality expectations.
- **Client engagement & strategy**: Cultivate strong relationships with clients, guiding them through every step of the project, aligning on goals, scope, and ensuring clear communication for optimal outcomes.
- **Risk & resource management**: Proactively manage risks and resources, ensuring efficient capacity planning and anticipating potential hurdles to keep projects on track.
- **Continuous improvement**: Drive best practices across the delivery process, leading efforts to improve agility, efficiency, and overall profitability. Champion the adoption of innovative methodologies and tools across the business.
- **Mentorship & leadership**: Lead, coach, and develop the delivery team, fostering an environment of growth, collaboration, and high performance. Ensure each team member has the resources they need to excel.
