An new opportunity has arisen for a support worker to join Unique Care Network Limited on a permanent basis

**What we look for from you?**

Set Sleep in shifts - Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday each week
- Excellent Team work skills and professionalism
- Motivated
- Experience and knowledge of client base
- Compassion and Understanding
- Good understanding of the English language and be able to communicate effectively.
- Being able to come up with creative solutions to support challenges of our Service Users.
- Knowledge and understanding of the needs of clients with Challenging behaviours.
- Able to work shift patterns including weekends
- Legal Right to Work document in the UK

Empathy is just as important as experience as we will provide full training including QCF qualifications and more importantly, on going support with Unique Care Network Limited we will offer an excellent package of pay and be flexible around you. Age is not a limiting factor; we welcome applicants of all ages. A full clear DBS disclosure will be required which we will arrange for you if you don't already have it.

**Salary**: £9.50 per hour

Day range:

- Every weekend

Shift:

- 12 hour shift
- Night shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- WEST BROMWICH: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
