Optime are excited to be recruiting Check-in Agents in partnership with DHL/easyJet at Manchester Airport. This job offers fantastic hours and overtime opportunities. This is a very enjoyable role with a great company and fantastic conditions and facilities.

**PLEASE NOTE**: Due to shift timings/schedules, this role requires flexibility and is not suitable if you are a student with fixed days of study.

**What’s on offer**:

- Rate of Pay: £10.50 per hour (plus Holiday and Pension)
- Shifts: Days (Various Shifts available) 6 on 3 off shift pattern
- Hours: 25 hours per week plus overtime
- Guaranteed Temp to Perm opportunities (Performance related)
- Full training
- Staff parking
- Uniform

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Consistently delivering the highest level of customer service
- Processing passengers prior to boarding
- Helping passengers using self-service kiosks
- Queue management
- Ensuring compliance and security standards are maintained at all times
- Ability to work in as team
- Passionate about Customer Service
- Calm, friendly and professional
- Excellent communication skills at all levels
- Must be over 18
