**Examples of Key Tasks**
- Work across multiple business areas and departments to complete a process mapping plan
- Developing end to end process documentation
- Develop a culture of continuous improvement within process mapping activities
- Contribute as needed to General Ledger clean up and re-implementation by providing requested schedules
- Deliver on further projects aimed at scoping and implementing best practice processes

**SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**
- Ideally a qualified Accountant by background (ACA, ACCA)
- Strong understanding of finance team procedures, reconciliations etc.
- Experience of requirements gathering, mapping of current processes, and devising new and improved processes
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Advanced Excel skills and accounts system administration
- Flexibility to travel to visit company sites, attend meetings etc. on an ad-hoc and non-routine basis
