We have some very exciting seasonal opportunities to join our flagship store in Jermyn Street as a Sales Consultants, Full and Part Time opportunities are available. In this role you will play a supportive part in growing and shaping the brand.

**WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU**

As part of this role, you'll immerse yourself in our brand and products, aiming to provide an exceptional experience for every customer, fostering a loyal client base. Working towards individual goals, you will contribute to a collaborative team effort to achieve success.
- Drive towards financial targets, actively engaging on the shop floor to inspire and support your team in reaching their individual goals.
- Deliver outstanding customer service, growing your client base through proactive outreach and personalized interactions.
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising throughout the store, creating a dynamic and inviting environment for both customers and the team.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure product availability to meet customer demand.
- Stay informed about our products to provide accurate information and expert styling advice.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Exceptional customer service.
- Proven ability to deliver top-tier service in a fashion, lifestyle, retail, or customer-focused environment.
- Passionate about selling, thriving in a target-driven setting where achievements are rewarded.
- Eager to build strong relationships and cultivate a loyal client base.
- Flexible and motivated, with the ability to support the evolving needs of the business.

Full-Time role is based on 37.5hrs and Part-Time based on 22.5hrs / 3 days per week. These seasonal positions are fixed term roles requiring availability from mid-November through to mid-January.
