**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Supervise and coordinate front-of-house staff, including servers and host/host team members
- Oversee food and beverage service to ensure guests receive exceptional hospitality
- Assist with food preparation and cooking when necessary to support kitchen operations
- Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and guest flow efficiently
- Monitor service standards and provide ongoing training to staff to uphold company policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards
- Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally to enhance guest satisfaction
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless communication between front-of-house and back-of-house teams
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front-of-house area at all times

**Requirements**:

- Proven supervising experience within a restaurant or hospitality environment
- Strong team management skills with the ability to motivate staff effectively
- Extensive restaurant experience, including food preparation, serving, and food safety knowledge
- Culinary experience or background in food production is highly desirable
- Previous experience in hospitality roles such as barista or hotel service is advantageous
- Excellent leadership qualities with the ability to manage busy service periods calmly and efficiently
- Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations
- Good organisational skills with attention to detail in all aspects of service delivery
- Ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining a friendly demeanour
- Flexibility to work shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- High standard Coffee training is preferred but training can be provided
