**About the role**

An exciting opportunity to join our active Event Sales Team. We are looking to help the family to grow and develop their business further by creating memorable guest experiences.

No two days are the same as you manage everything from grand weddings to intimate celebrations, taking each event from inception to completion. If you’re detail-oriented, approachable, and a natural at building relationships and closing sales, this role could be your perfect fit.

**What you’ll deliver**:

- **Client Relationship Manageme**nt**: Build strong connections with clients, nurturing new business and maintaining positive relationships.
- **Proactive Sales Approach**: Respond swiftly to inquiries, providing tailored recommendations and delivering comprehensive proposals, sales materials, and contracts.
- **Event Coordination**: Manage bookings with precision, from securing function rooms and bedroom allocations to confirming menus and packages, ensuring seamless planning from start to finish.
- **Detailed Event Briefing**: Create bespoke function sheets with all event details, ensuring smooth handovers to the operations team.
- **Process Excellence**: Follow established procedures and regularly audit bookings to maintain accuracy and consistency across all events.
