Night Porter

Shillingford Bridge Hotel is a unique hotel situated in a beautiful setting by Shillingford Bridge with views across the Thames and its riverbank.

Our Front of House team is expanding and there is a fantastic opportunity for a Night Porter to join the team:
The Night Porters' Responsibilities include:

- Demonstrating highest level customer service at all times
- Check in and check out processes and communication with guests in the running up to their arrival and during their stay
- Management of Rezlynx PMS system
- Public area cleaning and tidying throughout the hotel
- Kitchen deep-cleans throughout night shift
- Preparations for the next day of trading
- Preparation of daily reports
- Cash/banking procedures & reconciliations + commissions management
- Make sure that the End of the day PDQ report match with the Rezlynx End of the Day figures and make amendment if necessary on Rezlynx
- Responsible for Health and Safety and Guest Security

**Salary**: £11.00-£12.00 per hour

- Wallingford, OX10 8LZ: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
