The team, which consists of 2 partners (a senior associate and a junior associate), provides advisory and transactional support to its diverse client base, including**AIM-listed companies**, start-ups, and high-growth businesses.

Most of the team’s work is with private companies, however the wider firm has a very highly respected Corporate Group and Capital Markets team which the incentives team supports on the incentive aspects of IPOs, and M&A transactions.

The advisory work that the team undertakes includes the design and implementation of share schemes, support of the tax team when needed and the advising of clients who wish to convert to employee ownership via an EOT.

**The Role**
- This role will suit an individual with at least **4 years of post-qualification experience**.
- You may be a specialist incentives lawyer or have a corporate or tax background. Either way, a keen interest and strong knowledge of **employee share schemes** is essential.
- Additional experience in employment tax and trust law is desirable but not essential.

The successful applicant will join a highly regarded incentives team at associate, senior associate or legal director level (dependant on experience and expertise).

You will join the London office with a **hybrid working pattern**, with most of the team working from the office 2 days per week.
