**Job Summary**
We are seeking a skilled Service Advisor / Workshop Administrator to join our team. The Service Advisor will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support including making bookings for our busy workshop

**Duties**:

- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
- Maintain office cleanliness and tidiness
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail
- Use invoicing software for repair invoices
- Schedule Vehicle MOT, Service and repair appointments
- Order vehicle parts as required
- Phone customers to authorise work
- Sell services and products to customers
- Manage daily workload for workshop and mechanics
- Price workshop jobs and telephone customers to sell and authorise repairs
- liase with Technicians to ensure that repairs are carried out correctly in accordance with customers booking
- Take payments from customers for completed work

**Skills**:

- Preferably have some experience / knowledge within the Motor Trade
- Strong clerical and administrative skills
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Have the ability to use invoicing software
- Be confident when phoning and dealing with customers
- Have the abilty and knowledge to sell services and repairs to customers Motor Vehicles
- Organisational skills to manage office tasks effectively

Pay: From £24,000.00 per year
