**About the Role**:
As a Customer Advisor in Libraries, you will inspire, connect, and enable our communities by providing access to information, knowledge, learning, and literacy. You will ensure high standards of customer experience and engage with customers to enrich their experience.

**Day-to-Day Duties**:

- Facilitate access to books and online resources.
- Support customers with reading choices and handle enquiries.
- Assist customers with digital services and devices.
- Organise and deliver activities and events.
- Maintain a safe environment and ensure policy compliance.
- Process payments and manage stock levels.

**Requirements and Qualifications**:

- Flexible and adaptable.
- Excellent IT skills and customer care.
- Ability to work independently.
- GCSE grade C in Maths & English.

Part time and full time work available.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary contract

Pay: £12.39 per hour
