**Join Our Friendly Team: Retail Sales Assistant**

We're looking for a motivated and enthusiastic full-time Retail Sales Assistant to join our small and friendly team at F W Tyson Ambleside. This is an exciting time to join us, as we prepare for a shop upgrade and the launch of our new e-commerce website in the coming months to enhance the experience for both our customers and team members.

In this role, you'll play a key part in creating a positive and memorable experience for every customer who walks through our shop door, as well as supporting our online customers through the new website.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Greet and provide customers with a friendly, professional service.
- Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Process website orders and manage online stock inventory.
- Update stock inventory on stock management software to ensure accuracy.
- Check deliveries, prepare stock for sale, and ensure inventory is properly organised.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and inviting shop environment.
- Assist with stocking shelves and keeping inventory levels up-to-date.
