We have an exciting opportunity for a well organised and efficient administrator to join our team as a HR Administrator on a permanent, 22.5hr/ week basis (with potential for the role to become full time). Whether you have previous experience of working within a HR setting or are looking for a new opportunity within a new sector, we would love to hear from you. Working as part of a close-knit team, you will play a key role within the HR team, providing vital administration support to colleagues within the team, managers and wider staff members. You will be a point of reference for all routine HR administration ensuring information is processed accurately and efficiently.
About the role As a HR Administrator, you will work to ensure the efficient and smooth running of all HR administration processes. Day to day, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to: Providing HR support and advice to employees and line managers, remaining cognisant of compliance with HR administrative procedures Entering data into our HR system (Dayforce) to create and maintain accurate employee records in accordance with company procedure. Undertaking employee compliance reviews to ensure all relevant documentation is held on file and remains up to date. This includes working with the Recruitment Team to validate reference checks, following up where necessary and processing criminal record checks when required.

About you You will be an experienced administrator confident in undertaking coordination duties in a fast paced environment.
With a keen eye for detail, you will be highly efficient and organised, working with high levels of accuracy and follow through. The post holder will also be able to demonstrate proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office and other associated software packages. Effective communication with colleagues at all levels will also be critical to success within this role. You will also be required to regularly liaise with staff at all levels.
