We are seeking a Maintenance and Caretaking Assistant to support our Estates Manager, commencing in December 2025. The role is full-time with 25 days holiday per annum. Hours will be 8.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday, plus occasional requirements for weekend assistance for school events.** This role forms an integral part of the School’s Estates team. It involves the day-to-day maintenance and caretaking of the site, as well as involvement in caretaking and maintenance projects during holiday periods. The role also includes occasional driving of the minibuses, daily car parking duties and ensuring the security of the site.The role would ideally suit someone who is: - Skilled in maintaining buildings; - Flexible and able to prioritise their workload to meet ever-changing demands; - Committed to the presentation of the school site; - Qualified to drive a minibus (D1 licence) or willing to gain the qualification swiftly.
