At Caremark Rotherham & Sheffield we support children and young adults living with disabilities within the community of Rotherham & Sheffield. We support our clients to achieve their personal goals and aspirations. We support our clients within the home, within school/college and to access the community to undertake their chosen activities.

**We are recruiting for experienced/non -experienced** **Care and Support Workers**. Your role will consistent of encouraging and supporting your client/s to live an independent life style.

**We have positions available working nights where our trained Children Care and Support Workers can EARN up to £30,000 per annum**

We have **FULL & PART TIME POSITIONS throughout the DAY & NIGHT** available for punctual, trustworthy and reliable Care and Support Workers who want to make a real difference to children.

**We believe at Caremark that all our Care and Support Workers should receive a healthy work life balance.**

You will be working on a **TWO-WEEK ROLLING ROTA supporting your own SPECIFIC clients working BLOCK HOURS with one client at one time on a regular basis.**

**You will need to be able and willing to work alternate Saturdays & Sundays. Your availability MUST remain the same throughout your employment.**

The number of hours per shift consists of either **4, 6, 8 or 12 hours during the day and up to 12 hours working during the night.**

**TYPICAL SUPPORT WE PROVIDE**:

- Support within the home 10-12 hours
- Support with personal care, medication administration, nutrition & hydration needs 3-12 hours
- Support within school and college 8 hours
- Support to access the community 4-8 hours
- Companionship/guidance 4-8 hours
