Our Risk & Compliance Business Partner helps to shape the regulatory compliance for our business. You will be proactive in driving up risk & compliance standards across the business. You will be instrumental in supporting our businesses as we grow.

How will you do this?

Joining our busy Risk and Compliance Team, you will be the first point of contact for regulatory compliance related issues or queries. Using your expertise, you will deliver core components of the group risk & compliance framework by providing expert reassurance on the quality of risk & compliance. You will also help to embed our framework in accordance with FCA standards.

Using your relationship building skills, you will develop strong working relationships across the group to make sure there is early risk & compliance input to key projects and change initiatives within relevant business areas.

We know you were successful if:

- You use your expertise to guide the business areas through risk & compliance challenges by providing pro-active information and advice
- You provide input, assessment and sign-off to business change initiatives, materials and programmes, including acquisition and integration projects at meetings and committees.
- You are assisting and leading the delivery of education on risk & compliance issues across the business.
