By utilising trained security professionals and the latest technology, we provide manned guarding, security systems, concierge, mobile welfare, and hire-watch toensure our client’s employees, visitors and assets are kept secure.
**Role Overview**
We are currently recruiting for a Security Officers to join our passionate and driven Security team based at our client’s site in Lichfield, Tamworth, Kingsbury.
**Your primary responsibilities will include:
- To provide an efficient and effective Security Service for Atalian Servest customers, ensuring high standards are delivered and maintained.
- Ensure the effective monitoring of visitors and employees on-site and assist to maintain high levels of security on sites.
- Patrolling client sites ensuring full external and internal patrols have taken place on-site and a report created using systems - Trackforce.
- Keeping a written record log of Staff, Visitors and vehicles coming onto the site.
- Provide Hi-Viz Presence around client sites.
- Assist with the day-to-day operations.
- Work in partnership with the client security team.
**About You**:
- SIA Door Supervisor License is essential.
- Full UK clean driving license and access to own transport essentials.
- Experience working within a corporate retail security environment is desirable.
- High levels of professional Integrity.
- Positive attitude.
- Teamwork.
- Self-management
- Thinking skills (problem-solving and decision-making)
- Previous experience with two-way radios & telephone equipment essential.
- Basic IT and Microsoft Office skills are essential.
- Dealing with members of the public and working within a customer-focused environment is essential.
- First aid training is desirable.
