Identity Access Management Lead - £75K + Excellent Benefits - Hybrid (London)

Overview:
Role & Responsibilities:
Assist with managing the IAM team, be responsible for leading an inspiring, innovative and technically advanced team

Responsible for the design, procurement, development, operation, integration and maintenance of IAM technologies and deliver strategic, user-centric outcomes

Be responsible for the IAM strategy and roadmap, ensuring the technology will meet the needs of the organisation today and in the future and balances positive user experience, access, compliance and confidentiality

Ensure the architectural and Information Security principles set out are adhered to by the IAM team

Essential Skills and Experience:
Extensive experience in one or more of; computer science, information systems, cybersecurity, or a related field

Advanced understanding of IAM concepts, including federation, authentication, authorisation, access controls, access control attacks, identity and access provisioning life cycle

Has demonstrable experience in implementing, maintaining and improving Identity Management platforms including; Microsoft Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, AWS Identity & Access Roles

Has a proactive approach towards product ownership and continuous improvement

Has experience with administrating authentication technologies, such as Microsoft Active Directory/Windows authentication, OpenLDAP, Shibboleth, SimpleSAMLphp, Kerberos, OpenID Connect, OAuth, and federated identity management

Package:
Up to £75K base salary perm

Hybrid working (Tuesdays & Wednesdays in London)
