A permanent, full time Accounts Payable Officer role based in Manchester City Centre and offering hybrid working, between £25,000 - £30,000 per annum and study support.
**Client Details**
Our client works closely with a number of areas of the NHS in a collaborative and engaged way. Their aim is support the NHS whilst it goes through fundamental changes by getting involved with policy updates and strategic plans. They work with large numbersof communities by supporting care delivery and hope to shape the future of the care environment by providing value for money services to their partners.
**Description**
The key responsibilities of the Accounts Payable Officer will include, but may not be limited to;
- Manage PO/ Invoice process in Oracle;
- Manage the processing inbox and process manual billing when required;
- Manage Oracle receipting;
- Input and gain approval for Sage invoices;
- Process payment runs using Oracle, SAGE;
- Process Concur expense pay.
**Profile**
- Proven track record as a ledger clerk;
- Competency with Excel;
- Strong organisational skills;
- Experience with Oracle and SAGE would be advantageous;
- AAT or similar qualification.
**Job Offer**
- A permanent, full time role based in Manchester City Centre;
- Between £25,000 - £30,000 per annum plus study support;
- Hybrid working, 2 days in the office and 3 days working from home.
