By Dr Vali is looking to add Beauty Consultants to our growing team. The Beauty Consultants will play a significant role in customer acquisition for the By Dr Vali Experiential Center in Selfridges.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Achievement of retail sales targets and involvement in brand building and customer acquisition for By Dr Vali Experiential Center.**

**Duties to include**:

- To meet weekly and monthly sell-thru (retail) sales targets.
- Responsible for effective communication of the brand and products to customers to maximise sales and build brand awareness
- Actively promote the Experiential Center, referring customers to the Center whenever possible.
- Identify POS, Marketing and Event opportunities to increase ROI, always including the Experiential Center where possible.
- Highlight overperforming and underperforming SKUs and categories, bestseller performance, and mix of business
- Assist Counter Manager in creation of action plans to capitalise on strong sellers and improve performance of underperforming SKUs.

Stock Management & Reporting
- Ensure counter always remains stocked and report OOS (out of stock) and low stock issues to Counter Manager
- Support Counter Manager to launch NPD
- Assist Counter Manager in managing current and out of stock levels to meet business needs
- Assist Counter Manager in management of seasonal markdowns and limited edition sell-thru plans
- Assist Counter manager in conducting regular in-store cycle counts weekly eg every Monday

Retailer Relationship Management
- Communicate with retailer in a professional and courteous manner
- Highlight any retailer questions or issues to Counter Manager in a timely manner so that a resolution can be found.
- Internal and external relationship building in stores to influence brand positioning

**REPORTING**

This job will report into the Counter Manager.

**Skills and Qualifications**
- Sales focussed and target driven keeping a balance with quality of service
- Experience with working with luxury and technically advanced beauty devises and products
- Exceptional communication skills in building strong connection with different stakeholders
- Strong analytic skills in understanding the business and provide relevant business insight
- Strong computer skills, proficient use of Microsoft Office (including Excel, MS Project, MS PowerPoint) and Outlook.
- Excellent organisational, time and self-management skills
- Detail oriented, with excellent follow through skills
- Autonomy and strong sense of initiative
