Midweight Designer

**About the job**

We are seeking someone who loves all areas of creativity as much as we do This role is the perfect first step within the creative world of content production. As a midweight Designer, you will work closely with other departments including video, photography, and CG to help execute creative content for some exciting brands. Our clients rely on our creative team to bring their products to life, so your role within the team will be a key part to any project you are involved in.

Your work will involve but is not limited to:

- Set design and dressing
- Storyboarding
- Photography styling and art direction on set
- Creative concepts and solutions to client briefs
- Animation asset creation
- Costume styling

**About you**

We are looking for a passionate designer who is looking to broaden their skillset within production design. Reporting to the Head Designer, you will have the ability to produce quality artistic concepts at speed, have an eye for detail and a thorough understanding of the creative production process. Day to day duties can vary, so we need someone who can manage their time to ensure projects meet client deadlines.

Experience with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is a must, with understanding of Windows, Microsoft Office and Adobe InDesign being a bonus.

You must have 2 years+ industry experience within a similar position, a full UK drivers’ licence and the right to work in the UK.

Salary is dependent on experience for this full-time permanent position.

Please note, this is not a remote position and will require you to work in our Colchester studios with occasional location shoots when required.

**Experience**:

- Industry: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Full UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle (required)
