**COMMERCIAL INSIGHT ANALYST** **MANCHESTER (hybrid - x2 a week)** **£30,000 - £40,000** An excellent chance to have an influential role within customer analytics reaching across the whole business, using data to tell a story and share insights with execs in order to drive change across their brand **THE COMPANY** This role is with a global communications brand that is expanding their presence even further, particularly across the digital space as they source expert insight professionals to drive data driven decisions. With a big focus on improving customer experienceand boosting their business further, this is a great commercial hive to join, and an excellent name to have on the CV. **THE ROLE** As a Commercial Insight Analyst, you'll be joining the Insight Analytics team and working alongside others to build and develop a more personalised strategy for marketing and customer experience. You can also expect to: - Work with data and use your analytical mindset and commercial acumen to fully understand the end consumer, and find the crucial "so what?" and "why?" factor in data from a wide range of sources - Build visual dashboards representing the customer, who they are, what they like and segment them to allow for accessible effective marketing - Share actionable insights and recommendations that inform the business of their consumer base and drive business decisions - Work closely with senior stakeholders, presenting insights directly to the exec level as the voice of the customer - Use SQL/Excel to query data and work with large data sets to extract insights and new ways to increase the optimisation of their current CRM Strategy **YOUR SKILLS** - A strong analytical mindset for querying data with a commercial understanding and a passion for data-led decisions - Skills in Excel/SQL to work with and manipulate large data sets, and preferably some data visualisation experience - The ability to find key insights from data that produce actionable recommendations - Excellent communication skills to be a data storyteller, able to convey complicated technical terms in digestible language and with confidence for speaking up to exec level **THE BENEFITS** - £30,000 - £40,000 annual salary DOE - Flexible working - 2 days a week in the Manchester city centre office - Competitive benefits across pension, holidays, and other work perks - An excellent team to work alongside, friendly, approachable and commercially minded **HOW TO APPLY** This role not the one for you?
