Junior Salesforce Administrator

Job Description:

- Provide system administrator support to the Salesforce environment
- Manage and support level 2 helpdesk requests whilst adhering to the company SLA’s
- Manage all basic administrative functions including user maintenance, modification of page layouts, generation of reports, dashboards and other routine tasks
- Work closely with the Business Relationship Manager to understand priorities and complete Administrator sprint items
- Support processes and identify issues using Salesforce tools such as process builder, approval processes, validation rules
- Support Developers in identifying issues related to Salesforce integrations
- Manage system documentation
- Gather information related to bugs and defects
- Provide support with system upgrades, releases and projects
- Be aware of and maintain Salesforce and Parkdean best practices
- Salesforce Admin ADM201 certified or 12 months experience as a Salesforce Administrator
- Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize simultaneous work requests
- Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to understand and articulate complex processes
- Strong understanding of the Salesforce, best practices, functionality and platform, with the ability to build formula fields, processes, custom views, and other content of beginner intermediate complexity
