With revenues of almost £20million, our client is an international consultancy specialising in permanent and contract recruitment across 30 countries. As part of their growth plans, they are looking to hire multiple trainee/graduate recruitment consultantsthis year.

**As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for**:

- Cold calling to win new business
- Writing adverts
- Screening CVs
- Negotiating terms of business
- Maintaining successful client relationships
- Hitting targets and earning commission.

**As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll earn a £24k salary, plus uncapped commission.**

The commission structure is very competitive, offering an initial set fee per placement of £250. This then rises to a percentage scale when you are promoted. The OTE for the first year is £45k, rising to £65k in the second year and £70k+ in the third year.

Our client also offers fantastic benefits, including holiday targets, lunch clubs, iPads, watches, champagne, and the opportunity to relocate to either New York or Singapore in the future.
