**Responsibilities**:
As a Sales Advisor, you will:

-     Provide exceptional customer service and ensure an excellent shopping experience for every customer.
-     Assist in maintaining a visually appealing store by following visual merchandising guidelines.
-     Help drive sales performance by achieving sales targets and KPIs.
-     Handle cash transactions and ensure accuracy in the cash handling process.
-     Manage stock levels and organization, ensuring the store is always well-presented.
-     Follow company procedures and policies to maintain a safe and productive working environment.
-     Act as a role model for other team members and assist in training new staff.

**Necessary Skills/Experience**:

-     Previous experience in fashion retail is preferred.
-     Strong customer service skills and a friendly, approachable attitude.
-     Ability to work as part of a team and contribute to overall store success.
-     A keen interest in fashion and staying updated with current trends.
-     Reliability and flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
-     A positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a desire to learn and grow within the retail environment.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Expected hours: 20 - 39 per week
