You will be the dedicated partner for the Dutch, German and Spanish businesses and have a reporting line into Avencia's Client Services Director.

Whilst the role is based in Amsterdam in Avencia's offices you will be required to travel to Rotterdam 2-3 days per week and from time to time to travel to Munich. You'll also have the freedom to work from home when you need to.

You will also be required to support the Madrid office to ensure consistent recruitment best practices are followed but will have the support of the Client's Operations Manager in Madrid

**The role**

Working with a Fortune 500 insurance client, we have a fantastic opportunity for a Netherlands based Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team. Client branded and an extension of Avencia's UK based client Talent Acquisition Team, you will play a key operationalrole as part of the Talent Acquisition and HR centre of excellence by providing a meaningful, relationship-driven service, underpinned by robust processes.

**Key accountabilities**
- Management of the entire end-to-end recruitment process; ensuring compliance with all policies, processes and SLAs
- Deliver a high quality recruitment service to client stakeholders
- Ensuring that the Workday ATS is the source of truth for all data and processes
- Advising Hiring Managers of resourcing and selection strategy including regional market intel and brand perception
- Engaging with recruitment agencies where required to deliver talent to the client and through the correct processes
- Working closely with Avencia Manchester based MI & Analytics Team to deliver dashboards on metrics such as jobs open, jobs filled, time to offer, job status etc.
- Managing all requisitions from a talent sourcing perspective whether sourced via referral, LinkedIn or via recruitment agencies.
- Developing relationships with Hiring Managers and client stakeholders including HR to ensure a high level of customer service.
- Influencing Client stakeholders to consider diversity of thought in their selection decisions

**Skills & experience**
- You'll have a customer-centric approach in attitude and output, operating credibly amongst senior stakeholders
- Deliver against contractual KPIs and account revenue targets
- You'll plan effectively in advance, without being fazed if tomorrow doesn't look like today
- You'll spot opportunities and recommend changes to the strategic direction of talent acquisition
- You'll influence and persuade internal and external stakeholders in order to deliver recruitment best practice
- Through making a conscious effort to be part of a team where team members are not all in the same location
- You'll have a structured and organised approach to managing multiple recruitment vacancies and that Workday Recruiter is the source of truth
- Through articulate verbal and written communication, including MS Office
- Must be bi-lingual in English and Dutch
