**Job Description**:
Experian is leading an enterprise-wide transformation to gain competitive advantage through technology (Cloud, devops, micro-services) and large-scale adoption of Agile principles and methodologies best practices across the company. The Agile Delivery Leader is responsible for establishing a deep agile expertise across the engineering teams within one or more Product domains by understanding the nature of the team members, maturing processes, implementing agile and scrum best practices and agile tooling. They will support and drive a step change in agile maturity at scrum level (EB8) and scrum of scrums (EB7).

Dimensions
- Products/Revenue - EB7 ~5 teams delivering product revenue of $50m; EB8 1 team delivering revenue of $5m
- Communication - EB7 negotiate strategically over divergent opinions; EB8 negotiate tactically on aligned opinions

Strategic
- Network internally and scan externally to look for innovations and trends identifying opportunities to guide the direction of practices, processes and behaviours to enhance agile delivery.
- Identify and understanding structural impediments to agility, shape solutions and engage stakeholders in strategic changes.

Operational
- The Scrum Master / Agile Delivery Leader is responsible for driving effective scrum ceremonies including daily scrum, backlog grooming, Sprint planning, demos and retrospectives.
- Responsible for tracking and distributing relevant metrics and reports periodically to show team progress and velocity.
- Identify, understand, and track impediments; help remove them and drive improvements to optimize how the team works.
- Continuously improve the performance of the team to drive improvements in quality, cycle time and value.
- Help build a safe and trusting team environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, or judgement, with an emphasis on problem solving
- Perform as an Agile Coach working across the business unit to help increase the agile maturity of the software development teams; Will help improve, manage, and grow the agile process and best practices
- This role will monitor how their team is performing and support and drive necessary actions to improve performance. They motivate, draw out, and reward the best work from individuals and highlights exemplary behaviour, skills, or accomplishments. They facilitate constructive debate to enable better decisions and shared vision
- This role leads (informally) others in adherence to the Agile framework in addition to their day-to-day responsibilities and is considered an expert in Agile.
