Contract - Full time
**Looking to earn well above the capped rate for LAC work, whilst having the opportunity to work remotely 3 days a week, allowing you to tackle caseloads from the comfort of your own home.**
**We're currently recruiting around the South West, looking for experience laden social workers to become a part of the LAC team.**
**About the role**:
- Looking after Children aged 14-18
- You'll be working closely with senior practitioners, and reporting to the team manager.
- Completing Case summaries, CP plans and Pathway plans.
**What we offer you**:
- A generous rate of £40/hr. Well above the hourly cap for a QSW.
- The backing of a well established team, rated 'Good' by Ofsted. Striving for 'Outstanding'
- Experience in a leadership role, in order to further your career prospects in the future.
- The backing of a dedicated staff of social workers.
**What you'll bring to the table**:
- At least 3 years post-qualifying experience as a social worker
- Considerable LAC experience.
- Hard work and commitment, a strong and convincing display of a drive to succeed.
- Solid communication skills and relationship building capabilities.
- DBS Checked
