**BASIC £23-29,000 DOE £50-60,000 OTE**

My client is a **4 branch independent** agent that has successfully built up a successful network of branches. They are currently seeking an **AssistantBranch Manager** experienced in sales with a good knowledge of SE London and how to get the best from a team.

**Your responsibilities**
- To identify & follow up on new leads/business generation
- Carrying out viewings when needed
- Sales Progression
- Negotiating and agreeing offers on properties
- Carry out valuations and listings - Training given if needed
- Various ad hoc duties
- Providing training and support to staff

**Experience & skills**
- Experience in property sales
- Experience generating new business/canvassing
- People Management
- Strong administration skills, with excellent attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and good general IT skills
- Strong communication skills and the ability to provide a professional and friendly customer service
- Money driven
- Full clean UK driving licence and car
