**CREATIVE JUNIOR PRODUCER - FULL-TIME, WASHINGTON**

We have an exciting opportunity in our Creative Studio department for a Creative Junior Producer. The Creative Junior Producer supports the successful delivery of Creative department projects, and coordinates the production of Launches, Homepage and occasional small scale Marketing shoots. This involves coordinating internal and external resources, managing small budgets, scope and timelines, and the effective communication of status to internal and external stakeholders.

The role assists the Creative Producer in various ad hoc ways to support project delivery.

The Creative Studio department is responsible for the concepting and delivery of high-quality, in-house creative content across multiple projects and platforms to ensure a best in class retail experience. The assets created by the Creative team will be used in-store and on all digital platforms and social channels.

**What you'll be doing**:
Key responsibilities
- Management and delivery of smaller projects such as Launches, Homepage and smaller scale Marketing shoots, from concept to delivery, within budget, scope and timelines
- Assisting Creative Producer on various ad hoc requests as part of the delivery of larger Creative Team projects
- Resource scheduling in an efficient manner, mainly coordinating the activity of Creative Photographers and Retouchers, using appropriate tools (e.g. Wrike)
- Effectively communicating plans and status' to all relevant stakeholders
- Effective financial management of small project budgets
- Working with the Creative Team to ensure projects are delivered within budget
- Working closely with the marketing teams to project costs for future projects ahead of brand proposals
- Working with the Finance Department to ensure external suppliers are paid on time and all invoices are allocated to the correct internal project
- Assisting the Creative Producer in identifying areas for process improvement and ways of working
- Project reporting - providing the business with relevant, timely and accurate data related to the Creative team projects to drive performance and decision making
- Monitoring the execution of projects and unblocking any issues, using initiative to solve problems to the schedule/any delays
- Assist with research activity to seek out new talent, locations, models and suppliers
- Cultivating positive relationships with wider departments and clients when necessary
- Works to strict deadlines and balancing changing priorities on an ongoing basis in a fast-paced environment
- Working independently with limited supervision, communicating up, down and laterally to key stakeholders in the business

Skills and experience
- Production experience preferably in a creative / studio-based environment
- Able to multitask and effectively prioritise work to cope with the demands of a fast-paced business
- Good spreadsheet skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Outstanding organisation skills, time keeping and ability to meet deadlines
- Self-driven and motivated for personal and team development
