**Payrate**: £12.21 - £12.60 per hour

Activities experience is not necessary, if you are creative and love a challenge. This is still a Caring role and will involve elements of personal care so experience in Care would be desirable.

**What is involved**
As an Activities Care Assistant you would be in charge of designing, planning and organising activities to meet residents' physical, social and emotional needs.
You will be tasked with arranging a variety of activities such as: the cinema, shopping days, pet therapy, sports events or concerts, arts & crafts and lots more.
You make people feel good, being there for them when life gets tough, and you do it with a smile on your face.
We take time to get to know people irrespective of ability or disability, we aim to empower individuals to be as involved as they can be in control of their life.
You will support people with diverse needs such as learning disabilities, autism, ABI, and mental health. You will support people to flourish in a place they call home. We support people to be ambitious and live a filled life.
