Senior Warehouse Operative - Crown Records Management

**The Role**

**The role of Senior Warehouse Operative is to be a key member of the team that supports & deputises for the Team Leader owning the relevant accountabilities of the role. This will include oversight of the branch, a particular task or section whilst working as part of the team ensuring jobs are completed correctly, on time and to the customer's satisfaction and within their SLA.**

**What you will do**:

- Provide high quality customer service.
- Assist in unloading and loading of goods.
- Picking and packing sensitive client documentation in line with SLA’s.
- Ensure the load is correctly placed and secured to avoid any damage in transit.
- Take responsibility for the file retrieval and collection process and ensuring a seamless transaction between Crown and the client.
- Create work orders.
- Input the data entry of all new files.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders on a daily basis.
- Take control and responsibility for the clients file assets.
- Ensuring all safety and security protocols are followed and met.
- Efficient distribution of files upon delivery.

**Skill and Experience**

Essential:

- A minimum of GCSE certificated general education
- Health & Safety awareness
- Operation (and or IT) Systems
- Customer Service Skills
- Holder of valid current driving licence
