Contract Summary

We have an exciting opportunity to join the PLP team as an Access Planner within our Access & Onsite Team that delivers the Premier Leagues’ broadcast partners and PLP’s production teams with a ‘world-class’ service. We are looking for a team player with a proactive approach to help oversee the co-ordination, administration, and help ensure we efficiently manage the delivery of the ICS’s and Premier League Campaigns.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities- Work in close collaboration with the Club Liaison Managers and the Access team to organise shoots, ICS’s and Press Conferences- Oversee the co-ordination and administration of the ICS’s and access sessions at Premier League clubs, training grounds and other UK locations, ensuring all necessary paperwork is in place and act as the main point of contact for crew and clubs during rostered weekends.- Communicate to reporters and camera operators their daily tasks and whereabouts, including any logístical or editorial instruction.- Working closely with both the Access & On-site teams to ensure that plans are communicated efficiently and effectively.- Pro-actively liaise and communicate with internal teams to coordinate interview times, locations and filming requests, and react to any changes to the schedule.- Play a pivotal role in helping ensure we efficiently manage the delivery of the ICS’s and Press Conferences.- Occasionally oversee and manage ad-hoc production queries and duties- Demonstrate a collegiate and collaborative approach and ensure the Access team work closely with all departments within PLP.- Pro-actively suggest new ideas that add value and improve the ICS and access experience.- Other duties, as deemed necessary and appropriate by the Head of Access and/or Production Manager.- Opportunities available to work with the onsite team with Premier League Productions.

Unusual Challenges or Circumstances e.g shift(s)/ unsocial hours/ travel etc- Occasional unsociable hours will be required, including scheduled weekend work, Bank Holidays and the Christmas period- Flexible working hours will be considered, with WFH option available (preferably 3 days in office, 2 days from home)- Some domestic travel will be required

Key Results Areas- To provide broadcasters, Clubs, the Premier League and internal PLP teams a world-class service.- Work in close collaboration and provide support to the Club Liaison Managers, and the Access and PLP Production Teams.- Accurate communication, booking, management and recording of facilities for all broadcaster requests.- Distributing detailed, precise call sheets within defined weekly workflows.

Person Specification

Knowledge and Experience- Experienced in a logístical and organisational role, dealing with multiple stakeholders-
- Previous experience in a customer facing role dealing with queries- Experience in sport production or operations- Excellent knowledge of the Premier League.

Skills and Abilities- Collaborative and a commitment to working as a team- Excellent organisational and planning skills- Demonstrates creative problem-solving skills- Previous experience of working to deadlines - able to work well under pressure, managing and prioritizing workload effectively.- Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to effectively communicate- Ability to work across multiple projects simultaneously.- Customer Service orientated.- Attention to detail.- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (including PowerPoint, Excel and Word)

Aptitudes- Excellent time management - reliable and punctual- Works effectively as part of a team and independently (without close supervision) - showing initiative- Positive, professional, and keen approach to work, demonstrates a drive to progress in Production- Professional approach when dealing with clients / International broadcasters- Excellent interpersonal skills (i.e. when to employ tact, diplomacy and discretion)- Interest in sport / football- Problem solving attitude and excellent reactive and proactive management skills

Working Conditions- This is a fixed term role based at Stockley Park, Uxbridge with hybrid working option.-
- Occasional scheduled weekend working, including some days over the Christmas period/Bank Holidays as required.- Free onsite parking at Stockley Park.
