Production Line Leeder (Nights)

We are looking for production Line Leeders on nights, initially on a short term contract with a view to moving to days and becoming regular workers and one of the biggest horticulture companies in the UK.

Working from the site in Spalding, Linconshire you will be working 6pm till 6am for an 8 night period for the run up to valentine’s day Sunday 5th February until Monday 13thpay rates are £12.04 per hour based on working 11 hours per night.

The role involves running a production line where bouquets of flowers are produced for distribution to major retailers. You will be responsible for managing a small team of 10 to 12 workers to ensure KPIs are achieved

A good level of English is required for this role
