Telesales Executive

**What will you be doing as a Telesales Executive**:
Working in support of field based account managers, you will be assisting a variety of high profile and well known organisations across the region. Duties will include:

- Maintaining, developing and maximising the opportunities from customers on your own customer base
- Dealing with a mixture of inbound and outbound customer calls to generate and process orders
- Upselling to customers to increase order value, introducing new promotions and products
- Working to individual promotional and new product targets
- Developing sales opportunities in the account base by analysis of data and account statistics
- Working with company criteria for account trading and minimise losses through close account management and liaising with the field sales team

**We would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following Skills and Experience**:

- Previous office based phone experience, ideally in a similar Telesales, Sales Order Processing or other sales support based role however this isn't essential
- The ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build excellent customer relationships
- Target driven
- Friendly, positive and upbeat team player
