**Estates Assistant**

**Hybrid/ Milton Keynes**

**Full time, 35 hours per week**

Reporting to the Head of Estates, this role is responsible for providing support to the Domino’s Pizza Group’s Estates Team, Finance team, Domino’s franchisees and DPG’s professional suppliers in the efficient running of the Company’s property portfolio.

**Responsibilities include**
- Responsible for the input of relevant acquisition, estates and property management information into the Horizon Property database accurately and on time.
- To become an expert user and first point of call on all issues relating to the Horizon Property Database.
- Ensuring that head lease and sub lease details are entered simultaneously on the Horizon Property database, always kept updated and maintained.
- Liaise with DPG’s solicitors to obtain all relevant property records and ensure that DPG’s estate folders are kept up to date. Provide property records to franchisees on request.
- Work with the Corp Data team to ensure that franchisees can view their information from Base.
- To be the focal point of contact with DPG Finance team in dealing with rent runs. Also, the main point of contact with respect to franchisee and landlord queries on rental, service charge and landlord insurance.
- Issue accurate and timely Additional Rent Payment (ARP) requests.
- Work with DPG’s retained advisors and landlords to provide up to date information so that property charges can be paid on time and queries dealt with promptly.
- Ensuring all Estates recharges to franchisees are made and effectively communicated.
- Providing Purchase Order Numbers for all supplier invoices.
- Be the main point of contact on landlord changes. To ensure we have all the required information and that this is shared with all stakeholders accurately and on time.
- To deal with suppliers and franchisee queries.
- Input all relevant acquisition, estates and property management information into our property database accurately and on time
- Be point of contact for our finance team when dealing with rent runs as well as being the first point of contact for Franchisees and landlord queries relating to rental matters
- Communicate charges to our Franchisees in a timely and concise manner
- Provide, when required, assistance in all areas of landlord and tenant related matters across the property team

As first point of contact for our franchisees, our landlords and their agents you will need to be customer focused and have a ‘can-do’ attitude. Ideally you will have had strong administration experience ideally gained within a property environment; alternatively you could be a highly motivated and dynamic individual who is looking for a career in property. Along with both GCSE English and Maths at grade C or above (or equivalent) you will be an inquisitive, self
- starter who gets on well with people and who is driven to make a difference.
