**About the Role**:
As a Health Care Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our clients with their daily needs while helping them maintain their independence at home. Every day will bring new challenges and rewards as you offer personalised care that truly makes a difference.

**Your Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist clients with personal care, including washing, dressing, and grooming.
- Help with mobility support and safe transfers.
- Provide companionship and emotional support, fostering a positive relationship with each client.
- Prepare meals and help with medication reminders.
- Offer light housekeeping support to keep clients’ homes comfortable and safe.
- Maintain accurate care records and communicate any changes in clients’ needs.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- A kind and empathetic approach with a genuine passion for caring for others.
- No previous experience required—we offer full, paid training.
- A UK driving license and access to a reliable vehicle is preferred but NOT essential.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.

Pay: £10.29-£11.55 per hour

- Driving Licence (preferred)
