Shorterm Group are currently recruiting fully skilled composite technicians to join one of our key clients base in the Southwest. Our client operates in a variety of sectors such as automotive, motorsport,t aerospace & defence - They are looking expand theirteam on both day and night shifts due to an expanding customer order book.
We are interested in speaking to people who have:

- Solid experience Laminating OR Trimming/Fitting Pre Preg Composite components
- Must be able to read and interoperate engineering diagrams
- Previous exposure to Motorsport/F1 environment would be ideal
- Flexible approach to maintain workflow when required
