** Trainee**
**Personal Assistant** to support our Regional Director in our
**Cheltenham** area with a mix of travel and working from home.

**What will I be doing?**
- No one day is the same as the next in TP especially in a PA position, but here are a few pointers:

- Diary management, meeting organisation and management of complex travel schedules and itineraries.
- The role also involves specific project work as required to support the RD including organising supplier and customer events.
- HR - support including
- raising employee contracts
- recruitment support
- attend any appeal hearing grievances working alongside employee relations
- Being a support and contact to our Regional Directors in the region

**What youll need to know**:

- You will be joining a forward thinking, driven team, where your proactive attitude and self starter mindset will be a great fit
- Your excellent interpersonal skills will be key for you to succeed in building strong stakeholder relationships.
- As you will be joining a fast paced team, your strong organisational and excellent attention to detail will be utilised on a daily basis, within this varied PA opportunity (alongside your excellent IT skills we use Google suite, but we can teach you).
