**Legal Assistant / Paralegal - Residential Conveyancing**
Southport (PR9) | Full-time, Permanent | 35 hours, Mon-Fri 9am-5pm

Looking to build your legal career in residential property? Napthens has an exciting opportunity for a **Conveyancing Assistant / Legal Assistant / Paralegal** to join our busy **Residential Conveyancing team** at our Southport office.

This is a full-time, office-based role where you’ll work closely with our experienced solicitors and play a key role in progressing conveyancing files from start to finish. You’ll be involved in diary management, liaising with clients and third parties, preparing documentation, and ensuring smooth administration across the department.
- Have experience as a legal assistant, legal secretary, or paralegal within property or conveyancing.
- Bring strong IT and case management skills (Proclaim knowledge is an advantage).
- Are organised, accurate and able to manage multiple deadlines.
- Communicate clearly and provide excellent client care.
