**Position**: Saturday Sales Negotiator Estate Agency (part-time, Saturdays only)

**The Role**
As a Saturday Sales Negotiator, you will play a key role in supporting our busy weekend operations. You will be the first point of contact for clients visiting the branch, assisting with property enquiries, arranging viewings, and providing exceptional customer service. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in the property industry or to work in a client-facing environment on a part-time basis.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Welcoming clients and handling enquiries in-branch and over the phone
- Registering applicants and arranging property viewings
- Collecting viewing feedback
- Liaising with buyers and vendors to assist with ongoing sales
- Updating records and CRM system with client activity
- Promoting all aspects of Poole Townsends services
- Providing an excellent standard of customer service at all times
- Supporting the estate agency team with administrative duties as needed

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience Estate Agency is preferred, experience in a sales or customer service role is essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent IT and organisational skills
- Friendly, professional, and confident manner
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- High level of reliability and enthusiasm
- Full UK driving licence with business insurance and access to own vehicle preferred
