**We are hiring for a German speaking Sales Executive to join a leading, international company based in the centre of the city of Birmingham. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with new technology, have great training and strong career growthopportunities.

**LOCATION**
Birmingham - city centre, new offices (very close to Birmingham New Street Train Station). Office based job for the 1st 6 months then a hybrid/remote option is possible.
**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
To develop sales of their full product range across the DACH countries, they wish to recruit a **_German speaking Sales Executive._** In this business to business sales role you will be responsible for a sales area to proactively develop and grow sales by generating new enquiries, negotiating prices and using selling techniques toclose deals, whilst ensuring customer retention.
Your role will typically include the following duties and responsibilities:

- Calling both new and old German speaking business customers to create new enquiries to start growing your account base
- Qualification of web enquiries in a timely manner to exceed customer expectations
- Maximising sales opportunities to ensure you are smashing daily, weekly and monthly targets
- Confidently build relationships with key decision makers
- Using your initiative, commercial experience and awesome selling techniques (negotiating payment terms, supplier choices and competitive pricing strategies)
- Establish a portfolio of repeat customers that matches our service offering
- Winning and growing your business with the goal of promotion to Account Manager

**CANDIDATE EXPERIENCE / SKILLS**
- Fluent German and good English is essential
- Exceptional communication skills
- Be able to multitask in a high pressured environment
- A positive attitude with a winning mentality
- Strive to work together to achieve our vision
- Treat people with respect and be able to adapt to change
- IT literate and some experience of using a CRM desirable
- Sales experience is desirable - ideally in B2B

**SALARY, WORKING HOURS & BENEFITS**
Basic Salary of £30,000 plus uncapped commission (OTE £36,000 - £48,000) plus superb benefits:
