We also have plans in place for a clubhouse refurbishment. We’re excited to start our search for ambitious, driven and passionate Golf Operations superviasor to join our Team.

This role would be perfect for someone looking to start their career in Golf Operations/Golf Management with incredible opportunity for progression and the option to teach outside of working hours for free.

Our main focus is customer service, ensuring everyone leaves happier than they arrived. If you have an eye for detail and appreciate the little touches, you could be perfect for our Team.

As the first point of contact for our customers, this role is one of the most important within the business, ensuring the Get Golfing ethos and procedures and being delivered, looking for opportunities to improve our service and most importantly - ensure everyone that visits has an enjoyable and memorable experience.

At Ansty, we’re far from your usual Golf Club - we have a very relaxed dress code and we prioritise enjoyment over dated rules. We are busy proprietary run golf club that helps fund our charity and community work across the Get Golfing group. We have an ever growing membership, along with a high number of golf days through out the year. We are currently investing in a new 20 bay driving range with a tech tracing system in each bay.

As part of our Golf Team your job role will be forever changing, getting involved in every aspect of the golf department with huge potential to progress within the Club and the wider Get Golfing Group. You will gain experience in the day to day running of golf operations, help the team work to sales targets, learn and help with data collection, look after pro shop stock and orders, host golf days and competitons and much more. This role will help set you up for a career in golf, with lots of potential learning opportunities given by Get Golfing.

We expect our Team Members to have a high level of organisational skills, be punctual, friendly and boast excellent communicational skills. We look for team members with ambition and a drive to better themselves.

The role will include weekend work, as well as early morning starts and some evening finishes.
