We are currently recruiting for Call Handlers to join a well-established company in Scarborough Town Centre.
We’re looking for confident, friendly individuals who are looking for a varied role within a friendly team.
Our client is open to the amount of office-based experience you may have, if you have the right attitude, you are willing to learn and are an excellent team player we’d love to hear from you.
Some of the responsibilities of the Call Handler will include but are not limited to:
- Taking phone calls in a polite and friendly manner
- Providing excellent customer service
- Keeping accurate records
- Coordinating drivers and arranging transport for customers
You’ll be working 30 hours per week with a varying shift pattern including afternoon and night shifts, earning a competitive £11 per hour. Immediate starts are available.
