Tig Welder

Senior Salmon are looking for a TIG Welder to join their reputable client based in Alfreton.
This is a permanent, full time job role starting ASAP.
Duties of the role include:

- Cutting materials into the required shapes, checking dimensions and thicknesses (up to 60ml)
- Welding or joining metal and other materials into a wide range of structures
- Following engineering plans, drawings and instructions (CAD)
- Operating tools and machinery and welding equipment
Senior Salmon are looking for a Fabrication Welder to join their reputable client based in Alfreton.
This is a permanent, full time job role starting ASAP.
Duties of the role include:

- Cutting materials into the required shapes, checking dimensions and thicknesses (up to 60ml)
- Welding or joining metal and other materials into a wide range of structures
- Following engineering plans, drawings and instructions (CAD)
- Operating tools and machinery and welding equipment
- Inspecting and testing welds with precision measuring instruments
- Monitor equipment for appropriate usage and temperature
- Use of OH Cranes
- Use of Guillotines
- Operates specialised machinery for industrial welding or supervising robots that do the same
- Trimming metal components using heat, fire, and electricity
Shift Package:

- Shift: Monday - Thursday (Friday is optional on 1.5X pay)
- £12.55 per hour
