**What will you be doing?**

As an Electrical Report Verification & Quality Assurance supervisor for BES Electrical, you will verify Domestic EICR reports conducted from previous weeks works on assigned contracts.

You will:

- Adhere to KPI’s to hit strict deadlines for clients.
- Manage and monitor the Morgan Lambert and any other external auditing portals. Liaise with Operations Manager to book in revisits if required.
- Keep up to date with changes in the industry and relay information to engineers via Toolbox talks.
- Undertake inductions with new engineers.
- Check and update follow on appointments for planning team to arrange within 28 day KPI.
- Attend client and supplier meetings where appropriate.
- Provide technical support to planning team and engineers.
- Weekly meetings with your Line Manager to discuss any potential risk or opportunities to improve and performance.
- Regular meetings with QS Team.
- Read and research technical books within the industry to extend knowledge and identify risks.

**To be join our team, you will need**:

- To demonstrate a positive, diverse and inclusive attitude to both internal and external customers and colleagues.
- The ability to work under pressure, on your own initiative and to deadlines
- You should have experience of dealing with NICEIC inspectors and 3rd party auditors
- To hold relevant experience and qualifications including: NVQ Level 3 Qualification in electrical installation work e.g. C&G 2330, 2360, 2357, 2365
- City & Guilds Inspection and Testing or equivalent (Ideally)
- Good level of computer literacy
- Full driving licence held for 12 months (Minimum)
- 18th edition ideally - however, 18th edition and asbestos awareness courses can be offered at our in house training centre.
- Ability to use Microsoft Excel confidently
