**Job Description**:
As an Affiliate Marketing Assistant, you are responsible for implementing affiliate plan and coordinating campaigns within affiliate channel starting from creative briefing until results analysis on campaign performance.

What you will do
- Coordinating campaigns with the annual marketing calendar, brief creative, content and art working departments on required assets and manage the workflow to maintain timely execution
- Helping ensure affiliate plan execution
- Supporting in the management of current affiliate programs in UK and EU
- Delivery of key processes and reporting across all markets
- Briefing and sending out regular communications to affiliates about promotions, campaign launches and product focuses
- Briefing assets and promotional materials required by affiliates to the relevant teams and key stakeholders within the business
- Updating weekly reports across all markets, including period over period and versus forecast reporting
- Supporting with creation of monthly and quarterly presentations
- Reporting on individual campaign performance and providing recommendations for future activity
- Managing the validation of sales within the channel
- Identifying and recommending new opportunities to grow the affiliate channel
- Sharing knowledge on industry trends, competitor activity, innovations and opportunities within the affiliate space

**Qualifications**:

- Good proficiency in Excel and Office products
- Analytical mindset and result oriented
- Experienced in digital visual presentation either through studies or practical experience
- Have meticulous attention to detail and the ability to work towards tight deadlines
- Proactive approach with keen eye for attention to detail, taking the initiative, consistently showing desire to show your value in the channel and overall digital marketing function
- Strong use of initiative and forward planning
- Having a positive, can-do attitude
- Topline understanding of online tracking platforms such as affiliate network dashboards
